Q4 real estate sales report: Montgomery

Median prices rose in Montgomery over last year, and are down 12.3 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 79 homes sold in Montgomery for a median price of $189,900. That's 7.3 percent higher than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
