Minooka (Kendall County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Minooka in Kendall County rose by $60,750 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,750 - a 40.8% increase over the $149,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Minooka in the second quarter of 2016.
