Boulder Hill home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Boulder Hill rose by $12,750 while total sales increased by 5.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $154,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Boulder Hill in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Boulder Hill for 2017 was $4,300.47. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,971.70. This marks an increase of 8.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.6%.
