Bristol home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Bristol rose by $310,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $495,000 - a 167.6% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Bristol in the third quarter of 2017.
