Joliet (Kendall County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Joliet in Kendall County rose by $18,250 while total sales increased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 82 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,250 - a 8% increase over the $227,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Joliet in the third quarter of 2017.
