Oswego home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Oswego rose by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 221 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 2.8% increase over the $233,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 272 homes sold in Oswego in the third quarter of 2017.
