Aurora (Kendall County) home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Aurora in Kendall County fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $227,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Aurora in the second half of 2016.
