Montgomery (Kendall County) home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Montgomery in Kendall County fell by $7,000 while total sales increased by 1.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 157 homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,500 - a 3.2% decrease over the $216,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Montgomery in the second half of 2016.
