Lisbon home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Lisbon rose by $74,840 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 78.6% increase over the $95,161 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lisbon in the second half of 2016.
