Aurora (Kendall County) home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Aurora in Kendall County fell by $71,500 while total sales increased by 120%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,000 - a 31.2% decrease over the $229,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Aurora in March 2016.
