Minooka (Kendall County) home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Minooka in Kendall County fell by $34,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,000 - a 18.3% decrease over the $186,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Minooka in April 2016.
