Aurora (Kendall County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Aurora in Kendall County rose by $69,250 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $276,250 - a 33.5% increase over the $207,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Aurora in the first quarter of 2018.
