The data shows that all of the released offenders in Montgomery were men. The median age of the parolees was 31. The youngest parolee is a 21-year-old man sentenced for property crimes in 2017, and the oldest is a 40-year-old man sentenced for crimes against a person in 2017.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest is Jordan Easton. He was convicted of property crimes in 2014 when he was 22 years old. He is now 26.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
