City of Sandwich Regular Council Met Nov. 9.

Here is the minutes provided by the council:

Mayor Robinson called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM followed by the Pledge of Allegiance Roll call was taken:

Present: Mayor Robinson, City Clerk Ii, Aldermen Dell, Kelleher, Killey, Kreinbrink, Littlebrant & Whitecotton

Also Present: City Attorney Harrill, Department of Public Works Horak; Building Official Steffens, EMA Director Ciciora & Sergeant Ikemire

Absent: Alderman Surratt & Chief Bianchi

Audience Comments: None

Consent Agenda: Motion made by Alderman Dell and seconded by Alderman Kelleher to adopt the Consent Agenda. Aye: Aldermen Dell, Kelleher, Killey, Kreinbrink, Littlebrant, Robinson & Whitecotton Nay:0 Motion carried 7:0

a. Approval of Regular Council Meeting Minutes of September 28, 2020

b. Approval of COW Meeting Minutes of October 5, 2020

c. Approval of October bills totaling $ 91,023.78

d. Adoption of Resolution 20-08 entitled “Resolution Designating Trick or Treat Hours” for Saturday, October 31, 2020

Mayor Robinson:

Foster, Buick, Conklin & Lundgren Law Group: No report

City Clerk Ii reminded Council that Wednesday, November 11th, is Veterans Day and a staff holiday. Director of Public Works / City Engineer:

Police Chief Bianchi: No report

EMA Director Ciciora: Absent

Aldermen Reports:

Announcements: The Finance Committee Meeting will be held on Monday, November 16th, following the Committee-of-the-Whole Meeting.

New Business: None

Adjournment: There being no further business to come before the Council, motion made by Alderman Kelleher and seconded by Alderman Dell to adjourn the Regular Council meeting at 7:43 PM. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
