Oswegoland Park District issued the following announcement on Jan. 8.
The Park District is in heavy negotiations with Mother Nature to bring some fresh powdery snow to Fox Bend Golf Course the week of January 11-18. If She agrees, we will be hosting our first Fox Bend Snow Big Deal Week. Bring your own snow shoes, cross country skis, or rent our snow shoes and enjoy some fresh air and wide-open spaces. Rentals are $20 for 2 hour appointments at 9am, Noon, or 3pm.
