Koolidge for Congress has issued the following press release:

Mike Koolidge, Republican candidate for U.S. Congress in Illinois’ 14th congressional district, releases the following comments on the leak about Roe v. Wade being overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court:

"If the U.S. Supreme Court does indeed overturn Roe v. Wade later this summer as official drafts indicate, it will be monumentally great news for millions of precious human lives in America.

"The person who violated Supreme Court norms by unethically leaking this news to the press is not some brave “whistleblower”; he or she is a dishonorable partisan who should be fired immediately and permanently disbarred, at the very least.

"This decision will not affect Illinois law in any way in the foreseeable future, unfortunately."
