Oswego Community Unit School District 308 issued the following announcement on July 16.
Oswego Community Unit School District 308 Board of Education has approved Stacy M. Turner as the new Assistant Director of Human Resources, replacing Kenneth L. Miller who was hired in the role as Executive Director of Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll on July 1, 2018.
Prior to accepting the role of Assistant Director of Human Resources, Turner served as the Benefits Coordinator at SD308, a position she held since June 2014. From 2012-2014, she held the position of Benefits and Personnel Assistant at Yorkville CUSD 115.
“With her strong knowledge and background in the area of benefits as well as her understanding of business law, Stacy will be a terrific asset in her new role as Assistant Direct of Human Resources,” said Dr. John Sparlin, superintendent of schools.
Turner has a B.S., Business Administration, from The University of Toledo, College of Business and Innovation, Toledo, Ohio, where she majored in Human Resource Management and minored in Business Law. She is currently working on her M.S.Ed. (Chief School Business Official) School and Business Management from Northern Illinois University, Naperville, Illinois.
