Plano Community Unit School District 88 issued the following announcement on Sept. 11.
Last week in Physical Education, the girls from 7th and 8th grade competed in the 2018 PMS World Cup. After enduring some intense heat and many kicks to their shins, the teams represented a country that made the actual quarterfinals of the World Cup this year. Here are the results by school team:
8-Black Team 1st hour: Riley K., Seriah E., Alexa D

8 Purple Team 3rd hour: Kathleen P., Ciara L., Kyra L., and Aniya J.
8 - Purple Team 4th hour: Ava N., Diana T. Rachel L.
7 Purple Team 5th hour: Karisma C., Natalie M., and Norah A.
7 - Purple Team 6th hour: Alexa S., Amaris M., and Violet E.
7 - Black Team 7th hour: Sofia R., Amelia W., and Jashantie M.
8 - Black Team 8th hour: Stephanie A., Nathalia B. Mackenzie W., Allison N.
