City of Yorkville issued the following announcement on March 30.
Lenny’s Gas N Wash has applied for a special use, and is proposing to construct a gas station with an accessory convenience store and car wash at the southeast corner of US 34 (Veteran’s Parkway) and Sycamore Road in Yorkville. Discussion by City Council committee is tentatively set for May with a scheduled public hearing at the Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, June 12th at 7:00 PM at the Yorkville City Hall (800 Game Farm Road).
