Joliet (Kendall County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Joliet in Kendall County rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 11.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $243,500 - a 10.7% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Joliet in the second quarter of 2017.
