Plano Community Unit School District 88 issued the following announcement on Dec. 8.
It is the time of year for your incoming freshmen student to choose their high school classes! The week of January 6th, high school counselors will be at the middle school to meet with your 8th grader to talk about course options. On Tuesday, January 14th from 6-7:30pm Plano High School will be hosting our annual 8th grade step up night. This is a mandatory night for all incoming freshmen and their parents/guardians. Students and their parents/guardians will learn about PHS expectations and they will have the opportunity to meet with teachers and counselors for course request questions. Your child's course request form will be turned in the night of January 14th.
