Oswego Community Unit School District 308 issued the following announcement on Dec. 22.
After 14 years of dedicated service, our Oswego High School Principal Mr. Mike Wayne has announced his retirement at the conclusion of this school year. We are beginning the process of finding the next principal for OHS.
The person chosen to serve in this role is vital to the success of the school, and his/her ability to work well with students, staff, and the community is essential. In order to ensure that we are finding the best individual, we are seeking input from many stakeholders to learn what characteristics and capabilities you feel are most vital in a candidate for this role.
