Q4 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in Plano?

There were two offenders released on parole during the fourth quarter that live in Plano zip codes, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Kendall County Times.

The data shows that both of the released offenders in Plano were men. The younger parolee was a 35-year-old man sentenced in 2003. The other was a 46-year-old man sentenced in 2019.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Brandon Martinez. He was convicted in 2003 when he was 19 years old. He is now 35.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below shows the 50 cities in Illinois with the most paroled offenders in the fourth quarter.
