Mr. Jackson stated the application is being tabled until the June 18, 2020 Plan Commission meeting.

Mr. Jackson gave the Planning Staff Report.
Mr. Michael Hansen, Attorney, appeared on behalf of the petition.
Mr. Hansen answered some questions from the Chairman.
Mr. John Sheridan, President of the Cunningham Neighborhood Council, appeared in opposition to the petition by phoning in. Mr. Sheridan stated numerous reasons to the Plan Commission why he was opposed.
Commissioner Capparelli stated he felt uncomfortable approving the petition at this time because the applicant was unable to have a neighborhood meeting and none of the residents have been able to attend the Plan Commission meeting in person to state their concerns.
Mr. Jackson answered Commissioner Moore's questions.
Mr. Hansen commented on Mr. Sheridan's speech.

Mr. Bob Gebel, United Architects, appeared on behalf of the petition.
Mr. Jackson and Mr. Gebel answered the Commissioners questions.
Mr. Scott Gapsevich, Engineering, stated if the petitioner decides to expand the parking lot or submits a new design plan then they will have provide the appropriate storm water detention and drainage for the site.
Commissioner Dillon feels a neighborhood meeting should be held before this petition gets voted on.
Motion to Table the Vacation of Access Easement Located at 1900 Essington Road until the July 16, 2020 Plan Commission meeting was made by Jim Capparelli.
