Plano Community Unit School District 88 issued the following announcement on July 23.
Plano School District is excited to announce that we have once again partnered with Nandra Family Practice to offer Back to School Physical Clinics for our Plano community and students. The clinics will be held at Emily G. Johns on Tuesday, August 4th from 9:00am-12:00pm, Wednesday, August 5th from 9:00am-12:00pm, and Friday, August 7th from 1:00pm-5:00pm. Nandra Family Practice will only accept cash. Cost is $35.00 per physical. Please bring a photo ID and your child's vaccination record to the clinic.
Upon arrival at Emily G. Johns School, on the scheduled dates, families will be asked to remain in their vehicles, and to call 630-552-9182 extension 5 for further instructions. Only one adult is allowed to accompany students into the building, and children who are not receiving a school or sports physical will not be allowed into the building. It is important to note that face masks are required to enter the building.
