PETITION 2020-28: A Variation of Use to continue a mixed use (commercial and residential) building in an I-2 (General Industrial) Zoning District and a Special Use Permit to allow an office use in an I-2 (General Industrial) Zoning District, located at 742-744 Collins Street. (NOTE: The Special Use Permit application has been withdrawn from this petition)
b. PETITION 2020-29: A Variation from the City’s Non-Residential Design Standards (Section 47-15H) to permit metal siding on the exterior of the existing commercial condominium building, located at 2621 City’s Edge Drive.
c. PETITION 2020-30: A series of Variations to reduce the rear yard setback from 3 ft. to 1.2 ft. and the side yard setback from 3 ft. to 1.2 ft. to allow the reconstruction of a garage on an existing concrete slab, located at 417 Landau Avenue.
