PETITION 2020-33: A Special Use Permit to allow an indoor and outdoor storage facility, located at 1801 W. Jefferson Street.
NEW BUSINESS: PUBLIC HEARING
PETITION 2020-40: A Special Use Permit to allow an office in an I-2 (General Industrial) zoning district, located at 742-744 Collins Street.
PETITION 2020-41: A Special Use Permit for a day care center and a Variation from the residential lot setback requirement for a day care from 40’ to 0’ (zero), located at 1100 Plainfield Road.
PETITION 2020-42: A Special Use Permit and a series of Variations to allow a public museum, located at 1314 Elizabeth Street.
PETITION 2020-43: A Variation of a front yard setback from 30’ to 25.65’ in order to construct a covered front porch, located at 1104 Edgerton Drive.
PETITION 2020-44: A Special Use Permit to allow an accessory car wash to a fueling facility, located at 5951 Theodore Street.
PETITION 2020-45: A Variation on maximum allowed signage for a “Food N Fuel” gas station, located at 5951 Theodore Street.
