Oswego Community Unit School District 308 issued the following announcement on Nov. 13.
For many sports, National Letter of Intent Signing Day has become a celebrated event. Years of hard work have led to this moment where the student-athlete is committing to the verbal scholarship offer they have received from their colleges for the next academic school year.
