KENDALL COUNTY CLERK ANNOUNCES RECORDER’S OFFICE HAS MOVED
Kendall County Clerk and Recorder Debbie Gillette is informing Kendall County residents that the Office of the Recorder of Deeds has moved to Room 308 in the County Office Building, 111 W Fox Street, Yorkville.
The Recorder’s Office receives original property documents such as deeds, mortgages, and releases and is responsible for recording these documents in the County’s permanent archives of land titles and ownership records.
