On Feb. 24, Mark F. and Kathy E. Jungels purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1654 Timber Lane Drive, Montgomery from Stephen W. Independent Schwartz (executor) and Robert E. Schwartz (deceased) for $275,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $5,928.64, 2.16% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 11 properties sold in Montgomery.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Robert E. Schwartz has been registered to vote since 1999.
