The Board of Review meeting was called to order on March 19, 2024, at 1:00 pm. Members present at the meeting were Pam Gegenheimer, Gary Popp, David Zielke and Andy Nicoletti, Clerk.
Motion to approve agenda by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.
No public comments.
Motion to approve minutes from March 4, 2024, by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.
Received an application for Total Exempt status from Indian Valley Vocational Center. Motion to forward to the Department of Review by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.
Signed Certificates of Error.
Reviewed 2023 PTAB cases for Czepiel and Aqib. Evidence to be forwarded to PTAB. Motion by Gary Popp and seconded by David Zielke, motion carried.
Reviewed the postage meter report. Mailed 2.75.
Next meeting scheduled are for April 8, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
