Report: 7.6% of Hair Professionals School of Cosmetology students repaying loans are in default

Out of 52 Hair Professionals School of Cosmetology students repaying loans in 2015, 4 were in default, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

That gives the proprietary school in Oswego a default rate of 7.6 percent for that year – 5.3 percentage points higher than in 2014 and 1 points lower than in 2013.
