City of Plano issued the following announcement on Jan. 4.
JAN 6, 6PM – 7:30PM
Meets most Mondays and Thursdays. Check the library's website for dates when class will not be held. Led by local volunteer Betty Ross, this informal group meets to develop and increase English language speaking and reading skills. Newcomers welcome any time.
