City of Yorkville issued the following announcement on Aug. 27.
City Office will be closed Monday, September 3rd for the Labor Day Holiday. Garbage pick-up will also be delayed by one day. For example, if your garbage normally is collected on Monday, it will be collected on Tuesday. Friday pick-up will be Saturday.
