City of Plano issued the following announcement on Nov. 15.
Mark you calendars! Santa is coming to the library on November 30 as part of the Plano Rockin' Christmas program. Santa will be visiting with families from 5:30-8:00 p.m. Please bring your own camera to take your child's picture with Santa
